DELIVERIES AND RETURNS – COMPLAINTS
MEPRA S.p.A. will deliver the orders to the address provided by the Client within 30 (thirty) days of the order being placed.
Any complaint can be sent to the following address: Mepra S.p.A. — Via Montini, 176 — 25067 Lumezzane (Brescia), Italy.
If the courier in charge of the delivery is not able to deliver the order, a note will be left notifying of a missed delivery and the courier will try to deliver again the following day. If even the second attempt fails, the order will be placed on hold in the local courier’s office. The Client can then rearrange the delivery by calling the local courier office, as indicated on the missed delivery note.
ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED TO THE REDELIVERY ARE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND NEED TO BE PAID FOR AT THE MOMENT OF DELIVERY. THE COURIER CAN ONLY UNLOAD THE ORDER ON THE CURB. DELIVERY TO THE PROPERTY MAY BE ARRANGED ON REQUEST AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS.
